I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have had to replace mine twice in a year. The first one I purchased was low end quality so I upgraded to this one because it stated it DID not crack. Well I have a huge hole over the area I frequently sit and it cracked and is ripping away now. I am ordering another one but not this one.

I use this chairmat in my computer room at my house on a low/medium pile carpet and so far of the month or so I've had it, I have no complaints about it. The chair rolls easy and smooth on it, the wheels don't sink into it, and it seems to be pretty durable. This is the first chairmat I've ever bought so I don't have much to compare it to other than reviews I've read for others, but thus far I'm very happy with this one.
